How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@grosure.cc from the email address associated with your account. We'll permanently remove your account and all associated data within 60 days.
Is Grosure free to use?
Yes. The free tier includes 10 AI messages per day and 1 AI-generated meal plan per month — plenty to get a feel for the core features. Grosure Pro unlocks unlimited AI messages, image recognition to populate pantry, and meal plans for $4.99/month or $39.99/year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your platform's app store, not by Grosure directly. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Grosure → Cancel Subscription. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Grosure → Cancel.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use Supabase for authentication and store your data on AWS with industry-standard security controls. We don't share your data with advertisers or data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I found a bug or want to request a feature
Please email support@grosure.cc with a description of the issue (or feature idea), the device and OS version you're on, and any steps to reproduce. For feature requests, putting "Feature Request" in the subject helps us route faster.
